The Clearwater Bay Stewardship Foundation (the Foundation) is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the member and donor information we collect and hold.

The collection and use of personal information is limited to what is necessary to administer the business of the Foundation, provide members and donors with the highest quality service and to offer information and opportunities we think will be of value to members and donors.

The Foundation will not sell, rent, or transmit personal member information to other organizations.

The Foundation may, on occasion, collect personal information from visitors to our site on a voluntary basis. Such information may include name, company, address, phone number, email address, etc.  This individual information is used by the Foundation to process transactions initiated by our members, marketing services, special events or market research related to the Foundation.

The Foundation reserves the right to use third parties for certain business functions. Third parties are bound by strict confidentiality guidelines and not allowed to use member information for any other task than that they are contracted to do for the Foundation. 

Only designated directors, employees, or third parties, who need to carry out legitimate business functions, are permitted to view any personal member data. Employees or agents who violate our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment or contract.
